Substance Abuse Support Within Housing
This program is designed for people with problematic substance use who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. Clients of this program are offered subsidized housing along with case management services. This program is based on the harm reduction model, therefore people do not have to be abstaining from drug/alcohol use to qualify. These units are not permanent, clients will need to complete an application with City Housing. Clients will be able to reside in these units until an alternative is offered through City Housing.
