Homeless Initiative Project II

The target population of the Homeless Initiative Project Phase II Program (HIPII) are individuals who struggle with a serious mental illness/concurrent disorder (mental illness and addiction) and are homeless or at risk of being homeless.

Units are subsidized by Alpha Court and are located throughout the City of Thunder Bay.  In order to qualify for this program the Applicant must be in need of case management services.  Case managers are guided by psychosocial rehabilitation principles and work with clients of the program to sustain housing and achieve individual goals.

Please click the following link northwestaccesspoint.ca in order to complete an on-line referral form for case managment services.  Clients may self-refer or may be referred by another person/agency (ie. health care provider, family members etc.)

**PLEASE NOTE:  ALPHA COURT DOES NOT OFFER EMERGENCY/CRISIS HOUSING.
