What We Do
Case management staff provide individualized goal oriented support and rehabilitation to people with a serious and persistent mental illness.
In addition to the above, Anishinawbe-specific services available upon request.
Case Management services may be short or long-term depending on each person's unique needs.
A few examples of case management support are:
- Mental health advocacy and education
- Assistance in obtaining and maintaining housing in the community
- Life skill training, money and medication management
- Assistance with daily living and social skills development
- Helping people get the service they need.
